Lifer! Incredible to see this bird nearly at sea level. Bird was spotted this morning with photos and location shared by Robert Hay. Scoped the bird from the public road quite distantly. Bird is in it's full white winter plumage, scavenging on a large pile of rocks and brambles immediately below an excavator in the long driveway of a farm property. Poor distant photos to be attached.
