Couple of individuals have been wintering across the Appalachian Mountain Section (southern third) of the county for a number of years now, at least until we get extreme winter weather that may force them to move and/or the berries run out. This tract is good for one or a couple wintering individuals. Same location in thicket by the western spruce stand on the lower lope (north side). Photo.
