Discussion on Xeno-canto (https://xeno-canto.org/forum/topic/41389) suggests that these recordings are of Actenoides concretus, and I can see (on the sonograms) and hear the resemblance, but if so this means that in response to playback of a recording of Lacedo, an Actenoides responded (and had been singing originally), and then a Banded Kingfisher flew in and showed itself! Possible, I suppose.
