Small hawk of 14” or so. Bands of dark gray and brown on tail—no white. Tail squared-off. Cream/buff breast with vertical brown streaks. Sitting atop utility pole in front of Lighthouse Market. Photos. An eastern gray squirrel sat atop the roof across the street at Nice N' Fleazy Antiques, fussing towards the hawk.
