*Rare. Previously reported bird. Plump alcid with thick bill, narrow black line through white behind eye, narrow white bars on folded wings. Initially spotted around 9:50 am at the Turning Basin with distant, backlit views as it motored east. Then fantastic, point blank views from Leslie Lookout Park at 10:00 am.
