Originally found by Bob & Ruth Friedrichs on 7/2. Was able to observe the bird at fairly close range as it was actively flycatching from the power lines along the road and occasionally a low fence. Gray upperparts, dark mask, long heavy bill, white underparts, slightly notched tail. Have photos. Seen by many other observers.
