Continuing bird. Heard calling ~30 minutes into birding from near cluster of scrub oaks just east of bathrooms; unfortunately stopped as soon as I was close enough for a recording, but got great looks at bird perching on lower dead limbs of pine. Medium-sized flycatcher with dark, indistinct vest on chest, pale wingbars, darker bill, and no eye ring. Bird was fairly skittish and didn't let me get close enough for great photos but see them for reference. Watched bird sally from perch a few times and followed it around building; ultimately lost when I got distracted by a PRAW.
