Seen sallying, foraging w a few white crowns on the grounds in front of General’s home. Thought it was a yellow rumped warbler at first but took photos which revealed it was probably a palm warbler. Used picture to confirm. Photos a bit blurred but still can see has pale brown eyering consistent with nonbreeding or immature warbler. Also, was brown with yellow belly underneath. Probably a western though not sure how bright yellow underneath was to confirm.
