These birds were flying in from different direction to a particular leafy tree. They fly all around while calling continuously.

观察细节

All birds are coming from different directions and circling in the sky before roosting while calling continuously. Their calls can be heard from all over the place of roosting. From last year (2024) these bee-eaters have shifted their roosting place from a tall high tree to a lesser height but more leafy tree. This species is a regular visitor of the area. And they come in huge numbers. They roost together in huge numbers in one tree or another beside. But mostly in one tree. Every year we wait for them to reach the township.
