观察细节

Same immature bird seen again hunting cicadas or something. Big looking for a rsha (maybe a female). Little bit of streaking on the breast, speckles looking back with faint reddish orange “shoulders” and when it flew had very clear bold white arcs at the base of the primaries. Tail longer than most buteos with kind of faint wide bars. Got some decent photos.
