I hear these so infrequently that at first I always think it’s a BTBW variant. Fortunately tracked down after I realized it was CERW. White underneath, pale blue ‘necklace’, darker streaking along flanks, pale blue back and head with paler line over the eye. Moving and singing above the creek entrance. Will upload audio.
