Most if not all were Hooded Siskins, but the larger number of birds in the flock were female plumages with both green and gray birds. Photos taken. Note that Hooded Siskins in northern Chile have two morphs, green and grey. Yet southern Hooded Siskins may not show this dimorphism. So we wonder if many or some of these birds were the undescribed Monte Siskin.
