观察细节

Immature/subadult. Working low and close in a willow just off the road. Expecting another Kinglet but immediately noticed that obvious yellow spectacles and vireo bill. Eye looked dark at first but I could soon make out a slightly lighter gray iris, but not nearly as light as an adult. Bird had a pale gray throat and yellow on sides of breast through flanks. Wings were olive with white wingbars and grayish crown and nape. I did manage to get a somewhat blury but diagnostic photo while the bird was overhead.
