*Local and declining. First heard a bird a little ways down the trail close to dawn, and spent 30+ minutes trying to see it, only resulting in fleeting views. We then regrouped and explored the trail more, eventually hearing a bit very closeby. Surprisingly, it was actually on a branch right over our heads, and offered incredible views both on the branch and then wandering around just off the trail too. This was at: 12.0130350, -61.7471384. Finally, while on the dirt two-track around 45 min later, we heard another bird singing. Wonderful views and photos taken.
