Continuing rarity found by Russell Lamb on the 6th. Finally got it on my fourth attempt! I believe Laura is the one who first spotted it this morning at 10:23 AM. Considering how difficult this bird has been to find, it was quite cooperative today finally, perching along trees on both sides of the road. It posed wonderfully a couple times, the only problem was that it was always behind branches! We watched it eating Oriental Bittersweet at one point. I am almost certain that at one point when it was perched near a cedar it was softly singing. It hung around for a little over fifteen minutes before vanishing once again. New county bird!
