Sat again in the hide until 11, making that 25 hours sitting there over 2.5 days without even hearing one, so I decided to check further down the stream and finally one responded. First heard at 1317 mostly done the snoring purr and the occasional mmmm, initially fairly vocal but soon became quite with the occasional call up to about 1350. Then at around 1630 Amran found the nest which I photographed, he then made a hide overlooking the nest on the opposite ridge, she returned to the nest at 1730 but left after around 30 seconds and appeared to feed above the nest and was back on the nest when i left in the dark and rain at 1830
