Great spot by Nolan. Adult Herring type gull, dark eye, bright pink legs, mantle only slightly darker than AHGU. The most obvious visible difference was the wing pattern; mostly whitish underside to the primary tips, blackish tips on the upper primaries much reduced and mostly on the outer webs. Refound several times for great looks in flight, difficult to photograph in the gull masses but there might be a few poor quality ones.
