Although overexposed a bit, the photos clearly show bold white slash on secondaries and greater coverts, creating the "inverted hockeystick" look. From notes: "Called a bit slower. Allowed us to get close for pictures. Rusty sides contrasted white breast." In photos, dark back contrasting white on nape more of a contrast than Carolina. Whitish upper part of outer tail feathers also very contrasted.
