I was able to compare this bird with nearby Say's Phoebe, Black Phoebe, and Vermillion Flycatcher. Say's Phoebe had a peach colored belly and was larger than the Eastern Phoebe. The Black Phoebe had a distinct demarcation of Black above with a white belly, and the Vermillion Flycatcher was in adult plumage so completely different. The Eastern Phoebe when compared in size to the Say's Phoebe and Black Phoebe appeared smaller in size, with a big head compared to the body. I was doing the characteristic tail pumping, and I heard it vocalize. Distant poor-quality photos taken. Continuing bird found by Tito Gonzalez on November 11, 2024.
