Bird was in the northern portion of the reservoir and roughly in the center of that area. Many thanks to local birder Johnny for pointing me to the bird. Was resting with a flock of Ruddy's. Diagnostics: about 15% larger than than Ruddy's, tail does not sit as upright as Ruddy's, facial contrast is not as clean as a male Ruddy's with a touch of gray around base of bill. Lifer !
