Seen along road below the Ladora parking lot. In good view for a short time as it caught a nice sized insect, then flushed out of view with some other birds. Empidonax, overall gray above w/o obvious olive tones, and underparts lacking yellow tones. Complete round eye ring not drawn back behind eye, flattish rounded head, distinctive downward wag of tail sort of phoebe-like.
