Smaller than yellowlegs, larger than Spotted Sandpiper, occasionally bobbing while nervously picking for shoreline invertebrates too small for me to see. Yellowish-green medium-length legs; small pale spots over back and folded wings, shoulder (folded wing) darker, (mostly) clean white breast, streaked and dark neck and chest; complete white eyeing; straight, medium-length bill pale at base to black at tip. Tail not completely visualized but even black/white striped on border. Not seen in flight. Silent. Likely the same individual seen for several weeks at this location. Was observed on both sides of small lagoon but sometimes hard to find for 5-10 minutes.
