观察细节
Mystery bird #6 is heard only, calling at 645 just after Shrike-Tanager sang, and it may be this species. Rather than descending whistled note, this call was an ascending whistled note. Repeated every five seconds. Sometimes followed by a second note, suggestive of Rufous Piha. Mystery bird #7 was heard only around 6:45 am. Repetitive 1–2 syllable note. A wren perhaps. Mystery bird #9 was heard only about 7 am. To me it sound like a turdid call, a single brief syllable, with multiple harmonics on the sonogram. Somewhat nasal. Reminds me of call for Russet Nightingale-thrush. Mystery bird #10 was heard only around 8:25 AM near singing Nava Wren. Originally reported as female Nava’s Wren but reviewer (F.A.) pointed out discrepancy. Changed to bird sp. 12/30/2022.
