观察细节

To my surprise, a lone individual appeared just off shore from the Manitowoc Yacht Club. The mostly black head and neck was highlighted by the yellowish streaking above and behind the eyes, and a slightly upturned looking bill were easily seen even in poor lighting. The peaked head was easily seen. Many photos were attempted, but of poor quality, but one is included in the report.
