Viewed feeding on shoreline and at one point walked towards us and layed for a short rest on dirt and stone . Much lighter colour than Semipalmated plover with grayish/ brown back , orange legs both banded , orange bill with black tip , black ring around chest and partial on forehead . Found by Brad Reinhardt !
