Incredible find! 1st North American record bird in the Cul-de-Sac River marsh which is 2KM south of new Castries Hosp. At the time, we were unsure what species this would be (no old world reference materials with us) and it clearly did not have any pink in the plumage. Determined to be Eurasian Spoonbill. African Spoonbill would have pink face and legs. Roseate Spoonbill would have pink coloration at all ages.
