A nice find by Reuben and Matthew Klassen. Was near Willoughby when the checklist came through, figured it was close enough to check out. Sure enough 2 juvenile Phalarope's where preening, feeding, floating in one of the large puddles. White body, dark wings with two buffy strips down back, white wing stripe visible while preening, eye mask that runs behind the eye and dark cap that runs down back of neck.
