Bird found by Todd Easterla on 15 Oct. Identified by narrow, even, white eye ring, relatively short tail, moderate primary projection with evenly spaced primaries, medium-length, broad-based bill with orange lower mandible, distinct and contrasting whitish edges to tertials, olive-green upperparts, face, and wash to sides and breast.
