Common Woodshrike predating on a Praying Mantis. We came across this struggle for survival in Gir National Park. Mantis gave a really tough fight and was able to stand ground for around 20 minutes, but eventually ended up being a part of the food chain. Elevation: 262 m. Date added to IBC: December 22, 2016.
