Found on loop of Maumee Bay SP Boardwalk. Initially spotted by Travis Kaye and identified by the rest of us. Female bird. Yellow throat, Black cheeks bordered with yellow, yellow breast, bold black streaking on flanks, white wing bars, and white belly. Looks like female black throated green but with more contrast. Photographed extensively and eventually seen by hundreds.
