Continuing apparent juvenile light morph female, hunting and hovering over marsh. Large buteo with dark carpal bars on underwing wrists, heavy solid dark belly, dark terminal band on tail. Apparent ninth eBird record for a Rockland County, which is fewer than I would have thought. I assume there are older records which have not been entered into eBird as well.
