Found by Emma Barss, who put the word out. The bird was behaving in a typical flycatcher manner, staying high but perching in the outer branches of bare trees and interrmitently taking short flights. Very active. Initially, thought to possibly by a Couch's Kingbird, but Tropical vocalisations were heard and confirmed by Jake Walker. Photos to add later.
