Continuing, beautiful male coming into its breeding plumage. Large black-and-white duck with an orange-ish bill, does not have a "knob" on its beak like it does in full breeding plumage. Closely associating with the White-winged Scoters, the Eider was on the tertiaries of a flock of those scoters. The strong waves were battering the bird, in fact, our view was getting constantly obstructed by the waves. Have poor digiscoped photos as well.
