A single individual seen at 8:10, only a few hundred yards out. No pictures, as the lighting isn't good at this time -- the reason I wasn't carrying my camera. On subsequent trips from the hawk watch down to the beach, of course I was going to take the camera -- even though I surely wasn't expecting another photo opportunity. But it happened -- at 10:30. A group of 3, far out this time. But I managed conclusive shots. All individuals were flying east to west.
