Continuing bird originally found here 10/19 by Donald and Rayfield Pye and identified and refound 10/21. After an arduous morning of checking, scanning, and waiting, around noon I spotted the bird coming in from the southwest and promptly setting down on the water far to the east of the pier under a Ring-billed swarm. Others managed to relocate it very far away on the water in that direction. Thankfully it eventually flew to the pier and treated everyone with satisfactory views.
