Photos to be added after trip. All dark gray falcon with apparent red legs which made me think Red-footed Falcon. Photos show that the bird has a yellow cere around the eye and yellow at base of bill. Bird is uniform gray underneath and lacks the dark chestnut vent of Red-footed Falcon. Bird was in heavy molt and had numerous tail feathers missing
