Has been seen in this location off and on. I was standing close on the pier close to the light house when I saw it flying from right along the channel and then flew towards the lake. Didn't see it landing anywhere. Photos taken. Distinctive white eye arcs (more prominent than the Bonaparte's Gulls nearby) and dark bill; couldn't see the legs as they were tucked in.
