I photographed this hummingbird on the sidewalk by the river in Aquas Calientas. Over the years I have searched dozens of.....websites devoted to Peruvian hummingbirds but have never been able to find a hummingbird with a yellow bib. Josep del Hoyo says the bird has pollen stains that explain the color. Elevation: 2166 m. Date added to IBC: June 21, 2016.
