*rare fall migrant: Continuing immature found by Chris Dalton, relocated by Max’s friend on edge of northern half of the dog park in the northeast corner. Extremely cooperative and allowed us to get close when it was in the open, but disappeared into cover for long periods of time. Its bill was deformed, but it seemed healthy other than its unbothered nature. Disappeared about 25 minutes after we located it, to the dismay of one birder who had just arrived. Pics.
