Immature perched on a log in the water here: (40.8554025, -96.8706001) Eventually flew across reservoir to the south. Tail appears longish. Bill possibly smaller and thinner than double-crested. Too distant / heat wavy to see facial pattern well. No other cormorants around for size comparison. Distant pics tba.
