First picked up and reported earlier in the day by Adam? I picked it up on the sea, just off snab with a juv kittiwake. grey/brown upperparts suggesting a 1cy bird. It was feeding like a little gull, picking food from the surface. It then flew north giving good views upperwing patttern in good light allowing record shots. It was then lost to view, reappearing later in flight headed north, again in good light, giving good views before alighting on the sea again. Eventually it flew off north and ]landed on sea off Cresswell Village. Also seen by C. Bradshaw and P. Stewart.
