Wow! Amazing WA 1st record. So happy I could make it down! Bird heavily resembling REVI. Pale bill that was the same diameter almost its entire length and about as long as its head. The top of its head was gray and showed no distinct contrasting border on its crown. Light gray eye stripe. Cheeks were yellow. Throat, breast, and belly all white. Back and wings were olive, sides and flanks yellow. Short, slightly forked tail which it kept out horizontal while foraging.
