Photos, light plover with orange legs and short orange and black bill. On the beach. We initially didn't see this bird on the main public beach, so we checked the adjacent beach to the south, and finally the marshy cove on the other side of the point. On the way back we spotted it on the northernmost portion of the public beach foraging while avoiding beach-goers. The birds foraged our way a bit and ultimately flew to the beach just to the south of the main public beach as we were leaving.
