Gözlem detayları
Possible Ovenbird - "teacher teacher teacher". Heard along trail leading to the campground, right before it opens up into the clearing. Heard in the same location as a singing Red-eyed Vireo, roughly around 44.7450592, -123.1363599. Bird was on east side of the trail (on the same side as the river). Maybe 20 yards back, seemed low, but area was dense with brush and hard to tell exact location. Update: strong early consensus around Ovenbird or Kentucky Warbler, with support swinging toward Common Yellowthroat. Impression in the field was of non-conformist COYE, with quality of the song similar to those singing nearby, not as emphatic as OVEN song. Thanks to everyone who weighed in.
