Подробности наблюдения
Overall white swan with rounded head, black bill, slight yellow "dash" in lore area. I considered Trumpeter Swan, but discounted due to range, as Tundra's winter range includes south Jersey (Sibley's range map), which made Tundra ID seem more likely, and the small yellow marking in the lore. Swan fed for 30 minutes in same area, which I viewed off to the front right of Friends Blind. The bird was too far away to view the feathering at back of gape, not able to see whether vertical or angled. Swan was in the company of Mallard, Am. Black Ducks and a pair of American Wigeons. On way back to car, I ran into another birder, who shared that there were people in a nearby town who owned swans and that this bird could be a possible escapee.
