Small plover with yellow/orange legs. Sandy coloration, non-breeding plumage, lacking the black neck band and black on forehead. This bird was banded with LEFT LEG FLAG: 4N2 BLACK ON YELLOW. I submitted this sighting and received the following information: This bird was banded as a 13-day-old chick on 8 July 2015 on the Missouri River near Washburn, North Dakota. The bird was spotted again at Mustang Island, TX in early September.
