This bird choose this junction of paths as it's area. Whenever some disturbance like cattle, human, or vehicles approached it flew and landed slightly far. Once they left the place, it came back by wlaking. Seeing this first time, I parked my vehicle and sat down on the road. Watched for quite some time, maybe 30 to 45 minutes. It got used to my presence. Kept on roaming around by foot, picking insects at the edge of the road "stroll-stroll-stop" - reminded me of a Plover, much slower.
