Seen flying in off Long Island Sound, then flying toward the west end of Dosoris Pond. I thought I saw it land on the water, but I couldn't relocate it. This was shortly after I arrived, and I didn't have my camera out yet. Oh, what pictures they could have been. As it is, I only got it going away. Also seen by Jeff Ritter. And of special note -- count week for the Northern Nassau CBC.
