Observed one leucistic California Towhee (snow-white except for dark eyes) at a distance on the S side of the creek for about 10 minutes. It then flew back to the N side, but was immediately hidden in the shrubbery. I caught a brief final glimpse of it again about 50ft up the very narrow wash/trench that came down the hillside at the endpoint of my track.
