"Yellow-bellied" kingbird observed from near the bridge on Union Rd. flycatching from bare treetops. Extent of grayish chest, overall size and bill size initially suggested Western, by far the most likely option, and I was ultimately able to get some photos showing the white outer tail feathers that are the best mark for this species.
